Business hours are from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

Private pet cremation is for pets up to 100kg. Livestock 100kg and under may incur additional fees.

All pets and livestock over 100kg will require a Horse & Livestock cremation service horse/livestock cremation service. Livestock is classified as farm type animals such as horses, cows, alpacas, goats, sheep, pigs. The classification of animal is at the discretion of Patch & Purr. Please speak with our Care Team for livestock and horse cremation costs.

All horses and livestock are cremated individually.

Transfer of horse or livestock animals into our care is during business hours. Additional charges apply for after-hours transfers and transfers on weekends and public holidays. For travel over 6 hours an overnight fee may be incurred.

Same day cremation, viewings and witness insertions are not currently available for horses and livestock.

Patch & Purr reserve the right to deny the collection of a horse or livestock animal that has been deceased for over 24 hours or passed in conditions that could present a potential health or safety risk for staff/equipment.

Cremated ashes are returned to vet or home during business hours. All pets are cremated individually. Transfer of the deceased pet to/from home incurs a $150 charge. Additional costs for after-hours, weekends and Public Holidays apply.

Cremation viewings are only available at our Morisset location.

Keepsakes, memorial items, and jewellery items are all available at an additional cost.

We no longer accept cash payments; however we have EFTPOS, Direct deposit or ZipPay as effective alternatives.

The return vessel available in the standard pet cremation is a choice of velvet drawstring bag, standard tin, niche box, or biodegradable box. No other vessels are included.

Orders for memorial products (excluding cremation) will be prepared and packed within 5 business days. For metro areas, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once your order is ready. Deliveries to outer metro and country areas may take 7-15 business days. Please note that special order items (clearly marked on the product page) require 4-6 weeks for preparation and packing prior to shipping.

Platinum Service: Available for an additional cost
Our platinum service includes the dignified collection of your pet from your home or vet practice by our experienced and caring team, followed by a guaranteed private cremation. This ensures that the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, will be returned to you within one business day, accompanied by a dedicated carer.

Your pet’s ashes will then be returned to you in your choice of standard vessel. You can also choose from a range of urns and memorabilia for an additional cost, allowing you to create a truly personalised and loving tribute to your pet.

Gold Service: Available for an additional cost
Our gold service includes guaranteed private cremation of your pet, ensuring the ashes of your pet, and only your pet, will be returned to you within three business days. Our friendly team will help you organise a time for you to bring your pet to our facility, and we will call you as soon as your pet’s ashes are ready to be taken home.

Your pet’s ashes will be returned in your choice of standard vessel, or you can also choose from a range of urns and memorabilia for an additional cost, creating a heartfelt and meaningful reminder of your time together.
