The Pocket Pet cremation service is for pets up to 2kg, such as a small rabbit, budgerigar, mouse, small reptile, etc. Every pet that comes into our care is handled with the utmost respect and dignity and privately cremated. Each pet's journey is carefully monitored by our dedicated team using the Pet Tracker™ system, giving you peace of mind that the ashes returned home are of your pet, and only your pet.

If your pet passes away suddenly at home, we will always endeavour to get to you as soon as we can; however, there are times when we are just not able to get to you as quickly as we would like. In this case, we will recommend one of our local vet partners you can take your loved one to, who will care for them until we can bring them into our care.
