Shipping Policy

Orders for memorial products (excluding cremation) will be prepared and packed within 5 business days. For metro areas, shipping typically takes 3-7 business days once your order is ready. Deliveries to outer metro and country areas may take 7-15 business days. Please note that special order items (clearly marked on the product page) require 4-6 weeks for preparation and packing prior to shipping.

Business hours are from Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm.

For bulk purchases of 5+ sales items please reach out to our team by email at petsmarketing@invocare.com.au for a quote including shipping. 

All sales items will be shipped separately to any pet cremation service booked with our teams.
